You, on the other hand, are the poorest you will ever be. You know that at the end of the journey of sleep deprivation and working for pennies per hour, you will someday be able to afford the home of your dreams. Bear in mind, this will not be the house you grow old in. But while this will not be your “forever” house, it will be the house that you make memories in for the next 3-7 years – make it meet as many of your criteria as you can, but do not overbuy. You will qualify for up to $270,000 on a single resident’s salary with no money down and no PM insurance. That in no way means you must spend $270,000 to find “Your Home,” I am just giving you an idea of the amount for which you will qualify.
