“I know Match Day is right around the corner, so I just wanted to share a recommendation for a realtor for those that come to/stay in Birmingham for residency and/or fellowship! I could not possibly love or recommend Debi Mestre more if I tried! We happened to meet her in 2015 during a quick weekend trip to look for a place to rent and ended up finding our home we ended up buying that same weekend. She is SO familiar with the residency life/budget and is a Doctor Wife, as well, which puts her leaps and bounds above the rest. She knew before we even applied for a mortgage what we’d be approved for, and only showed us homes we could comfortably afford. She knew our time was limited and precious, with my husband being an intern in Tennessee at the time. We so appreciated her no-nonsense approach.
