I do not pigeon-hole you into an area. I listen to your wants and needs and give you as much information as I can garner so that your decision – and it is your decision – is an informed one. I am accustomed to working with clients who have a short amount of time to become acquainted with the neighborhoods and find the house they want to make their home. I streamline the process and do much of the front-end work via e-mail. The decision, though, cannot be just about what your head says to you. Your heart must speak to you as well. Once we find the house that makes your heart “SMILE,” then I put my skills as a negotiator to work – so not only do you get the house you want, you get the best terms! I look forward to meeting and working with you. Years ago, my husband was recruited to UAB as the first Pediatric Gastroenterologist in Alabama. Being a Virginia girl, I came kicking and screaming! Once here, I immediately fell in love. I can imagine no better place to raise a family. Birmingham has managed to grow into a Medical and Banking mecca, while maintaining a “small town” feel. The observations I hear consistently are how beautiful Birmingham is and how nice everyone is here.

Can-Do Attitude

You will find I am Distinctively Different in the most positive of ways. I bring the heart of a friend and the knowledge of a professional to the entire real estate process. Equally important to the process is my desire to discover, which translates into an ability to listen to what you want and formulate a plan of action. My philosophy is “Don’t tell me no. Tell me how!” I apply that philosophy to your transaction as well, and I see challenges as opportunities. My role is to make your move easier, not just until we leave the closing table, but anytime you need a resource.

I chose the Vulcan as my logo because it symbolizes the imagination of our City and its ability to reinvent itself – having forged its economy from Steel to Medicine. I have reinvented myself on several occasions, and I put my degrees of higher learning to work to bring you a higher degree of satisfaction. My first year in real estate I was named my office’s Rising Star. In just my third year, I earned a spot in the top 3% of my company for sales volume, and obtained my Broker’s license. In order to sustain my business that is nearly 100% referral-based, I must convert clients into fans who will make others aware of their experiences with me. To accomplish this, it is not enough to leave my clients simply satisfied; rather, I must leave them elated!
